Job Description:

Tex R Us LLC. is an Anchorage based Managed Services Provider and Software Developer. We have been in business since 1998, and we are once again growing our company. We are a client focused, team first organization, who believes in growing from within our company. Our client base ranges from Small Business, to Large Enterprises.

We’re looking for an Entry Level IT Helpdesk Representative to join our team.

In this role, you’ll assist clients with technical issues, perform basic diagnosis, assist with IT projects, and escalate issues as necessary. This ensures our clients receive quick and effective support. You will be the first step in resolution.

This is an in-office role in Anchorage, AK.

This is not a remote position.

What you will actually do:

• Provide friendly and effective technical support.

• Troubleshoot issues via tickets, phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their concerns and explain solutions.

• Respond to urgent support requests.

• Offer support during occasional evenings and weekends as required.

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

• Familiarity with Windows (Mac knowledge is a bonus)

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive.

• Reliable transportation.

• Legally allowed to work in the USA.

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
