Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth by selling IT Managed Services, Custom Software Development, and Technology Solutions to small, medium, and large businesses.

This role involves providing customized solutions that results in value for clients’ business and align with their objectives. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a focus on value forward client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities.
    • Secure meetings with prospective clientele and understand their challenges and needs.
    • Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, email marketing, social media and attending industry events.
  1. Consultative Selling:
    • Meet with potential clients to understand their current technological pain points, as well as their business goals.
    • Develop and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations that focus on the additional business value we can bring to our clients and prospects.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team and technical staff to create solutions and offerings that focus on each client or prospect.
  1. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients to close new business deals.
    • Ensure all sales agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Work with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition and on-boarding process for new clients.
  1. Reporting and CRM Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent business communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  2. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and within a team environment.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Reliable transportation.
